Springreview relies on third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology necessary to operate its services. Below is a detailed list of the subprocessors we utilize, their functions, and links to their respective privacy policies.

  • Hosting. Springreview is hosted on the cloud platform provided by Vercel, ensuring reliable and scalable performance for delivering our web application to users worldwide. Vercel handles the deployment, security, and performance optimization of our application.

  • Data storage and databases. Springreview uses Convex to manage and store application data securely. Convex provides robust database solutions, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of user data while enabling seamless real-time interactions within the application.

  • Payment processing. Springreview uses Stripe to securely handle and process payment transactions, including credit card information. We do not store or transmit your credit card details on our servers. All payment-related data is managed directly by Stripe in compliance with the highest industry security standards, such as PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

  • Registration and authentication. Springreview allows users to register and log in exclusively through social authentication providers, including Google, Facebook, and Apple. This approach eliminates the need for password storage, reducing the risk of password breaches or leaks.

  • Profile information. When you authenticate via a social network, we securely store only the necessary profile information, such as your email address, name and profile image, to create and manage your account.
  • Usage statistics, tracking & marketing.We use Plausible Analytics to analyze traffic and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics tool that is cookie-free, GDPR-compliant, and entirely anonymous, ensuring that no personally identifiable information is collected, stored, or shared. This approach allows us to gain valuable insights into the usage of our website while respecting your privacy and adhering to the highest standards of data protection.
